At the 15th International Conference on on Neuronal Ceroid Lipfuscinosis (Batten Disease) being held in Boston, MA, we talked with Andrea West of the Batten Disease Family Association about the incredible awareness towards Batten disease generated recently when a young boy with Batten Disease was honored at the Well Child Awards. During the ceremony, Ollie hugged Prince Harry and that hug was seen by over 2 million people.
